Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

BinFleet AI, a product of Lux & Grand LLC, is used by waste and dumpster rental businesses and by their customers. We want anyone to be able to book a service, read an invoice, sign an agreement and pay a bill, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, rely on magnification, or need larger text and stronger colour contrast.

The standard we measure against

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the level referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act in practice and by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

We test with automated tooling on every release and by keyboard on the pages that matter most. Automated tools catch only a portion of real barriers, so a clean scan is not the same as a usable page, and we do not treat it as one.

What has been tested

This statement covers the public parts of binfleet.com: our marketing pages, the blog, this and our other policy pages, and the pages your service provider sends you — online booking, invoices and payment, estimates, statements and document signing.

The signed-in operator application and the driver mobile app have not yet been audited to the same standard. We are not claiming conformance for them here. If you need to use either one and something is in your way, contact us and we will treat it as a priority rather than a feature request.

Known shortfalls

We would rather list these than let you discover them. As of the date above:

  • Some small print inside the product screenshots on our home page, and some text placed over photographs, does not reliably meet the 4.5:1 contrast minimum. All of it is illustrative, and the same information appears as ordinary text elsewhere on the page.
  • Third-party components we embed, including payment card fields and the chat widget, are not fully under our control. Where one blocks a task, we will provide another way to complete it.

If something is in your way

Please tell us. Email support@binfleet.com with the page address and a short description of what happened and what you expected. If you tell us the assistive technology and browser you were using, it helps us reproduce the problem, but do not let that stop you writing.

We aim to acknowledge every report within two business days. Where a fix will take longer, we will tell you what we are doing and offer another way to complete what you were trying to do in the meantime.

Formal complaints

If you contact us about a barrier and are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, which enforces the Americans with Disabilities Act.
