- Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

4. SMS Messaging
BinFleet AI enables waste management companies to send transactional SMS messages to their customers. Consent is always obtained before any messages are sent, through one of the following opt-in methods:
- Online Booking Portal: When placing an order through a company's booking page (e.g., binfleet.com/{company}/book), customers enter their phone number and check a required consent checkbox that reads: "I agree to receive SMS delivery updates about my order. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
- Phone & In-Person Orders: When a customer calls or visits to place an order, the company representative verbally informs them that they will receive text message updates about their delivery status and confirms consent before entering the phone number into the system.
These transactional messages may include:
- Delivery and pickup confirmations
- Schedule change notifications
- Driver en-route alerts
- Invoice and payment reminders
- Order status updates
Message frequency varies based on order activity (typically 2-6 messages per order). Message and data rates may apply. Customers may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the information below.
We do not use phone numbers collected through the platform for marketing purposes. All SMS messages are strictly transactional. Phone numbers and SMS data are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Twilio (SMS delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lux & Grand LLC, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- User-Authorized Integrations: When you connect a third-party service such as QuickBooks Online, TaxCloud, or other integrations through your BinFleet AI settings, we transmit relevant data (customer names, invoice details, payment records, tax information) to that service as authorized by you. We only share data with services you have explicitly connected. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration from your Settings page. Data already transmitted to third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
- Webhook Integrations: When a service company configures webhook endpoints through BinFleet AI, order and customer data (including name, contact information, service details, and SMS consent status) may be transmitted to the company's designated third-party endpoints in real-time. This data sharing is controlled by the service company and governed by their own privacy practices. BinFleet AI includes consent indicators in all webhook payloads to facilitate compliance.
- Data Exports: Service companies may export customer lists and order data from BinFleet AI. Exported data includes contact preferences and consent status. The service company is responsible for handling exported data in compliance with applicable privacy and marketing laws.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure database hosting with row-level security policies, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
